Scott Wigley

is an executive coach who possesses that rarest of combinations ~ a passion for results and an exemplary emotional intelligence in working with senior leaders to achieve goals. He has 15 years of experience in developing leaders for some of the worlds most well respected Fortune 50 organizations. As an executive coach, he works with senior executives primarily in financial services media and technology. As a certified Neuroleadership Coach, his approach is science-based, process focused and outcome-driven. He helps his clients move from insight to action to performance by giving them the structure and support necessary to improve the quality of their thinking, facilitate positive change and improve performance.

Highlights of Scott's leadership development background include roles at American Express, AIG and management consulting. He led executive coaching and on-boarding globally at American Express and at AIG he was the primary architect of AIG's first ever enterprise-wide internal executive coaching program which has been recognized for it’s documented ROI of 17:1 He has also worked extensively with senior executives at JP Morgan, Barclays, CME Group and Bank of America as a management consultant with RogenSi.

Scott's passion for coaching comes from his own experience as a leader. As a successful sales leader in commercial banking he was frequently asked to coach and mentor other high-potential financial advisors and managers. These coaching experiences eventually led Scott to pursue increasingly senior roles in leadership development and executive coaching.

Scott has been a panelist and speaker at national and international coaching and human resources conferences on the use of coaching to improve performance and employee engagement in organizations.

Michael Worlton

is a leadership and communication consultant, with expertise developed over 10 years in consulting many industries. Mike emphasizes empathy as a key leadership attribute. and the most important skill to help organizations reach their goals. His soon-to-be published book, "Closing the Empathy Gap," outlines key strategies and practices to help leaders achieve greater employee engagement and satisfaction. 

Michael has worked internationally with Fortune 1000 companies in the following industries: Finance, Biotech, Luxury Automotive, Healthcare, Consulting, Property Management, SAAS, eCommerce and Airlines.  In his leadership sessions, he shares key insights and strategies of how to communicate more effectively, including listening tools and conversation frameworks that drive connection and results.  

He partners with companies who want to increase their employee and customer experience, bringing about greater productivity, profitability, sustainability and loyalty. 

His passion and story-telling abilities engages audiences in a way that fosters individual introspection and ultimately change.

Ryan Schadt

is a New York-based communications consultant.. With expertise developed over 14 years in the investment banking and professional services industries, Ryan’s extensive coaching background includes facilitating workshops with leaders across all organizational levels, from Associate promotions programs to Managing Director workshops.

As an accredited Executive Coach with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching™ and a certified Financial Risk Manager™ with the Global Association of Risk Professionals, Ryan has previously held the series 7 and series 63 licenses with the Financial Regulatory Authority. His past roles include Credit Sales, Analytics, and Credit Risk Management, with clients that include Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, BlackRock, Deloitte, KPMG and Ralph Lauren. Ryan holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.
