Why horses?
Horses are finely tuned to each other and their surroundings and it is this presence that makes them powerful mirrors of an individuals thoughts and feelings; they respond not to what we are saying but what we are really thinking and feeling by picking up on subtle clues in both our verbal and non-verbal communication.
As a a result, they became powerful, l non-judgmental partners in uncovering our most deeply held intentions and can help facilitate powerful insights into how individuals and leaders can take action in alignment with those intentions to achieve their goals.
Whether as an individual or a team, participants take part in a variety of ground - based equine activities that build skills in communication, relationship building, emotional intelligence and influence.
